My d*ck never got me in half as much trouble as my heart....We were high school sweethearts. I was head over heels for her and no one could tell me we weren't going to last forever. College? Going pro? My family's money? None of it mattered. She was all I needed. Then she ripped my heart out. But I'm not going to let that happen again. She's back. Invading my life and acting like she was the wronged one. The pain is still there, but I can't keep my eyes off her. I can't stop thinking about her and how much was left unsaid between us. Being this close is making me question everything I thought I knew about her. This time everything will be on my terms. Everything.... 1. Language: English. Narrator: Tanya Eby, Edward Bauer. Eighteen-year-old Myla Lewis is a girl who loves two things: kicking ass and kicking ass. She's not your everyday quasi-demon, half-demon, and half-human, girl. For the past five years, Myla has lived for the days she gets to fight in Purgatory's arena. When souls want a trial by combat for their right to enter heaven or hell, they go up against her, and she has not lost a battle yet. But as she starts her senior year at Purgatory High, the arena fights are not enough to keep her spirits up anymore. When the demons start to act weird, even for demons, and the King of the Demons, Armageddon, shows up at Myla's school, she knows that things are changing and it is not looking good for the quasi-demons. Myla starts to question everything, and does not like the answers she finds. What happened 17 years ago that turned the quasi-demons into slave labor? Why was her mom always so sad? And why won't anyone tell her who her father is? Things heat up when Myla meets Lincoln, the High Prince of the Thrax, a super sexy half-human and half-angel demon hunter. But what does a quasi-demon girl to do when she falls for a demon hunter? It's a good thing that Myla is not afraid of breaking a few rules. With a love worth fighting for, Myla is going to shake up Purgatory. 1. Language: English. Narrator: Christina Bauer. Audio sample: http://samples.audible.de/bk/acx0/076545/bk_acx0_076545_sample.mp3. Master's Thesis from the year 2019 in the subject Economics - Other, grade: GPA 4.0, City University London (School of Mathematics and Engineering), course: Air Transport Management, language: English, abstract: In the past 15 years, various ultra long-haul routes were operated by airlines from different regions across the globe. Between 2004 and 2013, the majority of ultra long-haul routes were axed mainly due to the increase in jet fuel prices. Despite negative developments in the past, current airlines still operate or intend to operate ultra long-haul routes while other airlines and various experts highly question the feasibility of cost-intensive services. Can ultra long-haul flights be profitable at all? Due to the lack of clear academic evidence, the author Linus Benjamin Bauer aims to enhance and update the current debate, whether ultra long-haul flights in general are either commercially viable or not. Key findings from Bauer's comprehensive analysis and developed revenue-cost model conclude that due to the improvement of fuel-efficient long-range aircraft such as the Boeing 787 Dreamliner and Airbus A350, ultra long-haul operations nowadays may prove to be resilient. The cost advantages of such cost-intensive operations may be slight compared to one-stop services. However, ultra long-haul routes are likely to make up for it in market positioning by targeting premium customer segments with lower price sensitivity, one of the main drivers of the profitability of the 21st century airline business.
High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! On the Jewish Question is a work by Karl Marx, written in 1843, and first published in Paris in 1844 under the German title Zur Judenfrage in the Deutsch-Französische Jahrbücher. It was one of Marx's first attempts to deal with categories that would later be called the materialist conception of history. The essay criticizes two studies by fellow Young Hegelian, Bruno Bauer on the attempt by Jews to achieve political emancipation in Prussia. Bauer argued that Jews can achieve political emancipation only if they relinquish their particular religious consciousness, since political emancipation requires a secular state, which he assumes does not leave any "space" for social identities such as religion. According to Bauer, such religious demands are incompatible with the idea of the "Rights of Man." True political emancipation, for Bauer, requires the abolition of religion.

Austromarxism was a Marxist theoretical current, led by Victor Adler, Otto Bauer, Karl Renner and Max Adler, members of the Social Democratic Workers' Party of Austria during the late decades of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy and the First Austrian Republic (1918 1934). It is known for its theory of nationality and nationalism, and its attempt to conciliate it with socialism in the imperial context. Hence, Otto Bauer thought of the "personal principle" as a way of gathering the geographically divided members of the same nation. In Social Democracy and the Nationalities Question (1907), he wrote that "The personal principle wants to organize nations not in territorial bodies but in simple association of persons.", thus radically disjoining the nation from the territory and making of the nation a non- territorial association.
High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! The Austromarxist principle of national personal autonomy ("personal principle"), developed by Otto Bauer in his 1907 book Die Nationalitätenfrage und die Sozialdemokratie (The question of nationalities and social democracy) was seen by him a way of gathering the geographically divided members of the same nation, "organize nations not in territorial bodies but in simple association of persons", thus radically disjoining the nation from the territory and making of the nation a non-territorial association. The other ideological founders of the concept were another Austromarxist, Karl Renner, in his 1899 essay Staat und Nation (State and Nation), and the Jewish Labour Bundist Vladimir Medem, in his 1904 essay Di sotsial-demokratie un di natsionale frage (Social democracy and the national question).
Museums of contemporary art are expanding and in crisis. They attract ever-larger audiences, architects constantly redesign them, and the growing number of artists is producing more massively than ever, at the same time museum funds are dwindling in the economic crisis and an overheated art market. The question of which art is to be collected is also becoming a more openly discussed topic in a globalized art world. How do curators meet these challenges? What opinion do the artists have of their relationship to the museum? How do practitioners navigate between ideas, ideals, and realities? * * This publication gathers together interviews with international artists, architects, and curators of the contemporary art world, such as John Baldessari, Ute Meta Bauer, Suzanne Cotter, Bice Curiger, Chris Dercon, Charles Esche, Liam Gillick, Michael Govan, Katharina Grosse, Yuko Hasegawa, Jacques Herzog, Thomas Hirschhorn, Philipp Kaiser, Rem Koolhaas, Lars Nittve, Hans Ulrich Obrist, Thierry Raspail, Tobias Rehberger, Beatrix Ruf, among others. Their different answers bring visibility to the complexity of the topic, but also to the deep pleasure and intellectual stimulation museums provide, as well as to their relevance to culture today. * * The book is part of the Documents series, co-published with Les presses du réel and dedicated to critical writing.
